Episode of Series “Tales from Hoffnung”.
A story about a housewife who is sold a musical vacuum cleaner by a door to door salesman and subsequently ascends to the heights of musical fame due to her prowess with this instrument. Unfortunately, her chauvinist husband does not cope well with his wife’s new found career. This film raises issues about male and female roles. Animation by Leslie Drew, music by Frances Chagrin and storyboard by Derek Lamb.
