Colombian gold: the sweat of the sun

Provides a history of Colombia. Catalogues the destruction carried out by the Spanish conquistadores, the influence of the Spanish and Catholic Church and the way of life of the various tribes. The gold artefacts and their production techniques are explained by Clemica Plazas de Nieto, curator of the Museo del Oro, Bogota.
