Looks at the life and work of Betty Viazim a milliner who began her apprenticeship at thirteen in 1922 in Sydney. During her career she worked for theatre and film and her creations have featured in productions by the Australian Ballet and others. Also provides a glimpse of Australian working life during the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s.
