Shows how advances in agricultural research have increased our crop yields but have at the same time created a serious threat to our natural resources. Illustrates how our current use of chemicals has led to the poisoning of the environment and resistance developed amongst some pests. Examines alternative methods of pest management. Narrated by Michael Kane.
