Andrew Daddo outlines the “More or less” diet which is advocated by the Life Be In It campaign as a plan for eating for the “rest of your life”. By choosing carefully from the five basic food groups and eating more bread, cereals, fruit and vegetables, and less sugar, fat and salt, and exercising regularly, more children can became aware of the choices involved in planning a balanced diet.
