Taking action

This video has been prepared to assist and challenge people in positions of responsibility in schools to provide active and supportive leadership to staff by identifying issues of concern; creating openings for discussion; and taking action in creative, caring and supportive ways. Presents three case studies showing typical school situations in which work performance and organisational issues affect staff relations.

Content notification
