This program presented by Margaret Throsby and via interviews with managers of various financial institutions suggest ways for the average man in the street to be informed about good money management. We need to look around at the various means available in order to obtain the best vaulue for money with our personal finances. The following topics are covered :- Budgeting, this ensures we see just where our money goes, Savings accounts, either a simple or compound interest account, Taxation and Inflation, the effects on the economy of the country and how they can erode our savings, Investments or enforced saving such as home ownership or superannuation.
