This program takes us behind the scenes for a critical look at the processes and practices that shape television news and current affairs programs. It explores the gathering and processing of TV news as well as some of the strengths and weaknesses of the television news media. It discusses the role of the Director of News, Chief of Staff, TV journalist, Anchor/ Presenter, Current Affairs host, and the use of various media technology such as the weather map, auto cue etc..
