For multi Academy Award winning costume designer Sandy Powell, costume is all about authenticity and that begins with choosing the right fabric.

In fact in the field of Costume Design, she has won three Oscars and been nominated twelve times. Sandy has deep collaborations with acclaimed directors such as Martin Scorsese and Todd Haynes working across many of their films and has been Scorsese’s costume designer of choice since Gangs of New York in 2002.
