10am – 5.30pm

Where do we go when we zone out, and how do we return to reality? Zone in – your own way – through a mindful flow of sonic textures and visual motifs.

When we let our minds drift, where are we wandering? Find out by taking a richly interior journey from ‘no-where’ to ‘now-here’, inspired by Taoism’s enigmatic ‘way’, the projection of illusion from Buddhism and Carl Gustav Jung’s meditative process of active imagination. Fragmented mixed-media stop motion guides your attention from absence to presence, like the palms of hands slowly opening and closing. Everyone takes something different from this intriguing, associative work, and that’s the quiet beauty of thought itself. Explore your own subconscious, and find your way refreshingly back to the present moment.
