Set in the Isle of Man TT (Tourist Trophy), the world-famous and demanding motorcycle racing event held on the Isle of Man, this Saturn port of the arcade original has two courses to race on: The Laxey Coast course for novices and the more difficult TT Course. While the TT Course is based on the actual track, the Laxey Coast one is a developer creation, although it draws inspiration from the setting.
The Saturn version adds an Arcade Mode, which mimics the original arcade version and a Saturn Mode, which includes additional features such as practice races and a challenge course. Two-player multiplayer is supported via split screen and the game’s soundtrack can be listened to by placing the Saturn disc in a CD player.
