Emulation of Cricket 96 for DOS

Australia, 1996

Videogame

A sequel to Super International Cricket, Cricket 96 allows the player to set up the field, bowlers and batsmen and play either test or one-day matches. It improved on the graphics of its predecessor and features eight teams, although it forgoes official team or player licensing. However, many of the in-game players have recognizable real-life counterparts, albeit without their actual names.
