Shows how individual differences in students’ capacity to learn can in fact be used to benefit their intellectual growth. It gives an inside view of an Open Space School in operation, showing the advantages and day-to-day methods used in the Open Space School layout. Some of the problems which must be faced and solved by staff as well as students to promote an efficient and effective school are discussed.
