Describes the establishment of a revolutionary experiment in education which has been successfully launched in American Samoa - a group of six small islands. Seeking an expansion of their educational system, Samoans turned to closed circuit television for a solution. High quality education on both primary and secondary school levels is now transmitted daily throughout the islands.
