Professor McLuhan was a controversial Canadian scholar. In this program, he presents a variety of pictorial and editing techniques using images to explore the changes bought about by electronic technology and the effects of mass media on individuals and society, He aims to stimulate a re-examination of the contemporary world and discusses his own theories and the reactions to them.
