The female union representative approaches a company manager to find out whether or not automated office equipment is to be installed which will cause fifty percent of the staff to be made redundant. Focuses on the manner in which the union delegate approaches the manager and how well she fulfils her role in representing the staff. Suitable for tertiary level.
