From correspondence sorting and office work, men can advance to executive positions, insurance inspectors, surveyors, and assessors. Women have the opportunity of careers as typists, punch card accounting machine operators and secretaries. Includes interesting shots of Melbourne and office procedures and equipment of the period (pre 1970s feminism).
