Episode of Series “Barriers of the Mind”.
Everyone suffers from anxiety occasionally but for 10% of the community anxiety can lead to helpless panic which prevents them from participating in everyday life. This program studies the effects of different types of panic disorders and, using interviews with patients, discusses the different types of treatment available.
