Episode number 5 of Series “Barriers of the Mind”.
Huw Evan presents this final program in the series, in which experts with varying concerns and criticisms about the treatment of psychiatric disorders confront two psychiatrists. Each topic is illustrated by excerpts from the previous programs. Some of the issues discussed are the use of electro-convulsive therapy, treatment with drugs and enforced hospitalisation.
