Keith Floyd concludes his culinary journey around Australia with visits to the Northern Territory and Queensland. Highlights include his attempt to interest some truckies in a gourmet lunch of chicken, a meal cooked in a pit on a Queensland beach and mud crabs cooked by a rain forest river in the company of an Aboriginal dance troupe.
