A water safety program featuring Rolf Harris and four children, aimed at children up to about twelve years of age. The tape is divided into three sections. 1. Spot the danger (15 mins.) 2. Boating and falling into cold water (17 mins.) 3. Reach throw wade row and rescue breathing (24 mins.)
