This video records the dedication ceremony of the Australian Vietnam forces war memorial, Canberra, in October 1992. The video also contains footage of Australian soldiers in action in the Vietnam conflict, speeches by the Prime Ministers Bob Hawke and Paul Keating, and a tree planting ceremony and speech about the Australian Vietnam Forces Memorial forest comprising a tree for every Australian soldier or civilian who lost their lives during the Vietnam conflict. Commentators include Bruce Webster, Bill Fogarty, Paul Berger and Graham Neil.
