Episode of Series “Australian mosaic”.
Interviews with Sicilian migrants who ended up making the lush lands of Northern Queensland their home. The men and women describe the hardship of their lives in Sicily, talk about their initial impressions on arrival in Australia and explore their sometimes ambivalent attachments to their two “homelands”.
