The aim of this program is to identify inappropriate attitudes, behaviours and work habits and to introduce new measures which will improve the work ethic of an organisation. Critical issues addressed: bad manners; attitude; personal presentation; dealing with others and good manners. A training manual accompanies the program and may be borrowed as a separate loan item.
