A star-studded cast features in this version of a great Agatha Christie classic story. Peter Ustinov stars as the famous Belgian detective Hercule Poirot investigating the murder of rich American heiress Lynette Ridgeway on board a Nile steamer. All the passengers including her newly acquired husband have reason to want her dead and it is Poirot who puts “his little grey cells” to work and solves the mystery. Beautifully costumed, starring Jane Birkin, Lois Chiles, Bette Davis, Mia Farrow, Jon Finch, Olivia Hussey, I.S. Johar, George Kennedy, Angela Lansbury, Simon MacCorkindale, David Niven, Maggie Smith and Jack Warden.
