An acoustically tuned, deep listening sanctuary that helps you sink into sound.
With an intimate capacity of 40 people, the Listening Room space instils records with an elevated audio quality and richness, via the Australian designed and manufactured Pitt & Giblin sound system.

The Listening Room is open during exhibition hours for visitors to select and listen to records from The Vinyl Factory’s collection. Note: The Listening Room will be closed 12pm–1.15pm (75 minutes) on the Thursdays when Triple R lunchtime Listening Room sessions run.

Triple R lunchtime Listening Room (30 minutes)
Across five Thursdays this July and August, Triple R presenters will take over the Listening Room for 30-minute lunchtime sessions from 12.30 to 1pm. To mark 50 years of Triple R, each presenter will spin records from 1976 – the year the station first began broadcasting offering a curated mid-week listening experience.
Tickets to the Triple R lunchtime Listening Room sessions also include entry to Reverb: this is a journey into sound.

After hours Listening Room (1 hour)
After hours, the room hosts one-off sessions, talks, and listening parties. The lineup has been curated by Yasmine Sharaf host of Cease + Desist on Triple R and Robin Fox, co-founder and artistic director of MESS.
