A holidaying family leave their three pets: Bodger, a bull-terrior; Tao, a Siamese cat; and Luath, a Labrador retriever in charge of a family guest, Emile. When the guest goes off hunting but fails to inform the animals, the three pets begin an incredible journey, over 200 miles to reach their owners. With the majestic Canadian countryside as a backdrop, this film is based on the book by Sheila Burnford. Starring Emile Genest, John Drainie, Tommy Tweed and Sandra Algar.
