Directed by Gregor Jordan and starring Heath Ledger in the title role, this is the story of legendary Australian bushranger Ned Kelly and his gang. This period piece, set in late 1870’s, is complete with outlaws, romance and homemade armour. Shot in Australia this costumed drama tells the tale of young Ned and his friends as they struggle with the harsh realities of life in country Australia at the time. Based on the novel “Our Sunshine” by Robert Drewe. Cast includes Orlando Bloom, Naomi Watts, Joel Edgerton and Geoffrey Rush.
